I kinda like Joe's commentary. The one I hate (with a vengeance) is Mike Smith...talk about annoying!

Anyway...back to the match. Good stuff again in frame 5. Tense stuff...I like finals like this!

Great opening red in that 7th frame from Selby, that's one of the reasons I like watching him, he often does the unusual when it comes to shot selection.

A 'just about' deserved 5 - 3 lead for Ding then, and a very entertaining session for me. Set up nicely for tonight, Ding's a good front runner, and Selby seems to relish the challenge of coming from behind, so I expect a great evening session.

Good session, kinda slow in terms of tempo, so, like jim, I thought I would be close to falling asleep by the sixth frame or so
Anyway, I didn't and enjoyed it as a whole. I just can't understand how Ding, a pure scorer, has kept his nose ahead by pinching so many frames through battling.
It's a good signal for him that he handles the pressure better in such situations compared to his old self back a couple of seasons ago.

I didn't fall asleep and I only had 3 hours of sleep last night Good start to the Final imo...hope it can continue like this all the way to the very last frame...and if it does, I know I'll be taping it because there's no way I'll be able to stay awake tonight for that long.

Arguably the most annoying thing a commentator can do is talking about facts.
And then, they keep telling about how important a frame has become once a player falls behind a single frame. Eurosport Turkey isn't providing anything better, so, kind of stuck here.
Perhaps I should apply for a position here, so that I can commentate on the games myself

Clive seems to be the only one that understands that a commentator doesn't need to be constantly talking. Sometimes he goes 4 or 5 shots without saying anything, then comes out with an observation that sums up beautifully how the match is developing.

The usual suspects seem to believe they need to give their approval of every shot. Very annoying.
