Clive seems to be the only one that understands that a commentator doesn't need to be constantly talking. Sometimes he goes 4 or 5 shots without saying anything, then comes out with an observation that sums up beautifully how the match is developing.

The usual suspects seem to believe they need to give their approval of every shot. Very annoying.

Totally agreed, so why can't the bbc see his great commentating talents and employ him alot more, he's got a good voice and a wide varied vocabulary and is passionate about snooker, the best commentator.

What needs to be done is simple: anyone caught with a mobile phone ringing gets ejected, no exceptions.

The thing is that Rob Walker tells the spectators to turn off thier mobile phones before the session starts as well, and those that arrive late should be aproached by securtary and they should make sure they turn off thier mobiles before been alowed to take thier seats

All they need to do is Bar the Signal inside Venue on Mobiles and when "Rob Walker" Says lets get the "BOYS ON THE BAIZE".....He wants to Say then Straight after they come out Please "TURN OFF ALL YOUR MOBILES NOW".

As just barring the Signal is no Good as I personally think some people just go into Ringtone and Press it so it comes on when they want it?

As with Steven Lee which Definately Cost him the Match there must have been 2 people watching the Match and rung one another to Put him Off or Went into Ringtones and Pressed for it to Come on Exactly on Back Swing! The strangest thing there was the RINGTONE! If genuine mistake but FOG HORN Very Loud Ringtone No Way that was Fixed!! I would have gone into the Crowd and Threw Him out myself....lol

It was a chance for Selby to take that 3-1 mini session he needed. He only has one more chance now, with the match only being the first to 9.

No doubt he will try his best, but Ding doesn't look like cracking at the moment. He needs to be kept away from the table, because he won't be wasting too many chances.
