Serves Dom right, how could he not get on the green there? Made himself look like a poor amateur, this cue he's getting cannons wrong and doesnt look confident with it, needs to use a cue that less than 20 years old I think, one that's built for the modern game and is more consistent with reaction

He could have screwed the yellow in and ended near the blue, at least he'd have been on the damn thing!! Just want Trump to win now and start playing better, Dom cant win playing like this anyway so Judd may as well finish it off!

what's the seemingly massive dislike for Trump, is Dale your fave??? If such an exciting player as Trump isnt in the tourney it does lose something, he's one of the most talented players in the world, future world champ and world number 1 for sure I think, he almost HAS to be in like Ronnie, Higgins and Hendry!

First of all, he doesn't have any kind of cue ball control comparable to players you mentioned. And secondly, he's disliked because he's arrogant.

If Selby goes out tonight, the 2nd and 4th quarters will be a disaster. Everyone loves an underdog or two, but too many players who don't have a realistic chance of winning the title are not good for the later rounds.

he did, but that's not judd's fault, dont feel sorry for Dom at all, if u cant win a match then AT THE WORLDS, when ur opponent plays that bad, u deserve nothing, he'll be gutted of course, but he wont feel sorry for himself at all, just very disappointed! It's not about how u play, just that u win, ask John Higgins, it's too important a championship to worry about how u play, u dont get no style points!!

yeah I know, either I want the underdogs to have close matches between each other or the seeds to go through, thats the whole POINT of the worlds, to have the best of the best all playing each other, hence the very long format!!

I'm not comparing him to them in terms of achievements, I'm saying he's a big name player and could eventually be one of the greats of all time in due course, merely I'm saying he needs to be in the tournament, he's not quite as good cue ball wise as Hendry or Higgins or Ronnie but he's not far off when he's playing well, he's hardly poor. Wouldnt anyone be slightly arrogant if they'd become one of the best players in the world with shed loads of talent and a chance to get into the record books in due course (which not all players can achieve greatness) if they were that good? He plays a confident attacking game, how do you know if he's arrogant? It's part of being a pro sportsman at the top of a sport to be confident and state ur confidence!

Selby could well go out tonight, he's got SUCH talent, but he just doesnt seem to produce great performances often enough, much more workmanlike, and overall I think he runs out of gas in the later rounds, particularly in ranking event finals, where his record is quite poor for someone of his ability
