That was a bizarre 2nd session, and although I wanted Hendry to win it, I expected more of a match than that! Even so, I found it morbidly fascinating, and was on the edge of my seat all the way through. I reckon Hendry will give Higgins the chance to pull a few frames back this afternoon, and I'll be interested to see if Higgins is able to redeem himself, if only a little.

Extremely unlikely that Higgins can win it now of course, but you just never know....

I could be wrong, but looking at the rankings and the 2010 WC, if Hendry beats Maguire he'll be around 16/17 in the world. He's already gone one round further than he did in 2010.

I'm not annoyed with any of them, I just find it funny when two players come out, play one frame and then leave.

why? that's how it is due to the score, u pay for a final session match u take your chances, you may see 7 or 8 frames, you may see 2, but you'll still see the other table so all's not lost I guess!!
