  • Yeh I probably wouldn't be complaining if I was in the crowd, I would just be glad to see Hendry win.

    I guess it's kinda funny due to the anti-climax, they get the big entrances with the MC, lots of applause and cheering, then they're outta there 15-20 mins later.

    • Curious about this hypothetical situation. What if Hendry makes another maximum *and* someone else made one as well, how would the split of the prize money be?

      Hendry - other player
      1/2 - 1/2
      2/3 - 1/3

      Or will Hendry get 100% of the prize money, as he made the most maximums...

          There was a scenario like this back in 2000 - when John Higgins made two 141s and Joe Swail also made a 141....WPSA stated that John would get a 2/3 share of the break prize. However, Matthew Stevens made a 143 - against Joe in the semi to take the prize.

            • I think Hendry will have the running price of 20000 £. The way I´ve understood it, it will be paid whenever someone makes a 147, and then the next one will get 5000.
