Judd Trump is the luckiest player in the history of snooker. Period.
Luck ALWAYS evens out over time, that is just a simple fact. Nobody has any control or influence over the laws of probability. Any other perception is just a distortion, usually caused by some form of bias.

The fast and the furious,
The slow and labourious,
All of us, glorious parts of the whole!
Sad to see Judd Trump out of the championship... he sure had his chances but it's a bit tricky going against the rules of nature. His about to lose this 2 frames now.

Well, then, I shall adjust my earlier comment.
That was the luckiest shot I've ever seen. It's not about perception this time. Just my snooker monitoring over the last decade.
Other than that, yes, luck evens out over time. Problem with Trump is his shot selection relies on the luck factor more than any other player, so, his luck is of course comes to your mind immediately considering his play.
All the way Mark J!!
