    How can a twitch not be caused by pressure? The early part of the match is usually the most nervy, especially in the bigger games like a quarter final of the WC. And his confidence shouldn't really be in question, everyone was saying he's hitting the ball as well as he has done in years so his confidence in theory couldn't be higher.

    No, he has started off very nervously and I think the fact that everyone has started talking him up as possibly winning another world title has subconsciously made him think he's in with a chance. He was playing without pressure as a qualifier in his opening two matches, people writing him off, now the pressure is on him and its affecting him as I fully expected it would.
