His hairstyle and entrance song makes me sick to the very end..

But that man is playing some great snooker!
    All the way Mark J!!

Tremendous, what can you say... I bet there's not many players who have made back-to-back total clearances at the Crucible. If that doesn't put pressure on Carter, nothing will...

Anyone noticed how unorthadox JJ cueing technique is? His head is about 2 inches to the right over his cue so its sat kinda to the left of his chin, crazy!!

Pretty classy response from Carter, it looks like he might well win this session 5-3 in the end, the same as the first one. Jones badly needs the last frame...

Not seen any of this. I'm supposedly working. But I watched Jamie Jones' match with Murphy and Higginson in full. He's really made a fan of me.

Whatever happens today, I hope he's around in the game for a long time. He seems like a nice guy too.

Pity Hendry scored that 147 break early on. Well, a pity for Jamie and his highest break aspirations. Not for those of us who watched Hendry make it from their seat in The Crucible.

I wonder if Ali will complain about luck after this match... I don't think so. It's a good thing that lady luck doesn't hold a grudge.

Important frame to win, he gave himself a chance for tonight.

Jamie Jones for me is by far the most enjoyable player to watch out of all the youngsters. I had never seen nor even heard of him before this tournament, but he is a revelation! Very tough match player with great courage under fire, excellent safety play and great potting ability...fantastic player and nice guy, made a fan out of me as well.

Tough deal this match, as I really want to see Ali do well after his battles lately. A real shame to see one of both players having to loose and go home.
