O'Sullivan is starting to play better and better now. I'm sure most of us expected him to pull away at some point, because it was tough to see him not having a purple patch in at least one of the four sessions. Stevens really needs to limit his losses here.

With Maguire 6-10 down after two sessions, it's looking less and less likely that O'Sullivan is going to have any really high obstacles on his way to the title now.

the scary thing about ronnie is
even when he is having a bad session he manages to win 3 frames at least

and in the other session he plays out of this world stuff

This is his usual pattern against fellow attacking players. Only someone like Selby who bores O'Sullivan to death can have a shot at taking him out.

The irony we always blame ROS for not playing to his best , but here we are he played to near his best and the match goes one sided .

I have to say the determined way he played throughout this tournament, the mental strength, the discipline he showed, I don't value him as much as I did back in the past. He looks more methodical than ever.

Overall great session for ROS. 11-5. Just hope he doesn't bottle it. Still a long way to go though.

Only Hendry and O'Sullivan hit 50 centuries in a season, Selby's record is irrelevant for me.
Robertson hit 54 this season and in my opinion, he doesn't make the cut. With this many tournaments back when Hendry and Ronnie were at their primes, the standard would probably be around 70-80.
