Carter does the 'woe is me' routine when something goes against him, but then completely ignores all the lucky nudges and flukes he receives.
I don't like his temperment, and I don't think it can win a match like this. Something doesn't go his way and he becomes an immature boy.

I think this was a massive session to be honest. Ronnie could have won it 7-2 quite easily if the balls went different. There's still a long way to go, but Carter goes on to win this match I think this will be the session we all look back on.
Saying that, 10-7 is a nice lead to have. If Ronnie can win the first frame tommorow than that goes up to 4 and it starts to look a lot different.
I worry about O'Sullivan though. I said it before, but he's getting far too much hype. He's not playing that well at all, he's just had 2 or 3 great sessions and moments of genius. I definitely don't think he's as good as he was in 2004 or 2008.
I think Carter is far more likely to raise his game, simply because it can't get much worse. He missed something like 4 blacks from the spot - that's easy to fix over night. Ronnie was just all over the place. His long potting was pretty terrible at times, kind of like how it was 18 months ago and positionally he was poor.
I can easily see Carter overtaking Ronnie tommorow.

If Carter raises his game, so will Ronnie.
As Davis suggested, Ronnie could win every session on his 'B' game.
Carter will have to come out tomorrow afternoon on fire.
Anything less than top form from Carter, and Ronnie will just canter across the finishing line.

Carte easly overtaking ronnie?!if the pressure is on ronnie will respond, cant see him playing this bad either. Was a bit drained after the long day. He would have settled for any kind of lead. He knows that if he wins every session he will be WC. For me alis head had gone a little bit. Can see a collapse from him tomorrow

Something has to be done. Hopefully Hearn is all over this.

The whole etiquette thing is stupid IMO. Who cares if someone raises their hand or not. If they do, that's nice. If they don't, so what?

Carter was very lucky to be 10-7 down at the end could/should have been alot worse!
I agree Carter and Maguire will never be a Top 4/8 Player in my Book due to there Attitude Banging Hand on Table, Banging Cue against Pockets, Kicking Cues, Banging Cue against Chair right out of Order and should have Fine for this at Least! Not good for Youngsters to see this going on Especially not Live on Tv.
