UK Champs Brackets

There has been a gap in the market for a good bracketing system with World Snooker's flash based system which you can not scroll properly or copy from and Global Snooker's poor updates there is nothing that gives you additional information.....

Until now, well its not finished yet but I am getting there, it will be in use from tomorrow and we will try to keep the latest scores on there at all times, even mid match scores if I am really bored.

Things to be added will be frame results, intro music video for each player, loads of info about the players and their head to heads for each match and additional linking like to the BBC streams / Live Scoring etc

All info for this event will be entered and ready for tomorrow morning, but go have a look anyway.

That one was down to me Chasmmi! It is very much in its infancy, so any ideas for this are most welcome. What data would you liek to see when you check the status of a match??

With the Masters coming up and then the ranking events in the new year it should get a fair bit of use over the next couple of months.

I am not going to get all the data finished for the start of play today, I am about to leave home to travel upto Telford so will finish it off when I am in the press room.

Dan will be updating the scores which is the main bit but I will have all the pictures of the players etc up by this afternoon.

Paul Colliers first match will be Peter Ebdon v Andrew Higginson, so far that is the only match I know who is refereeing.

ok thanks, im going tomorrow afternoon ,my first snooker tournament, im hoping to see hendry vs white but as there are no desiganted seats i have no idea of my chances of getting a seat on that side are, would you have any idea of how it works at this tournament?

Just out of interest how many people are using the TSF brackets instead of Global or World Snooker's?

I will be leaving Telford in about an hour and will not be able to update the table this evening, if Dan is around I am sure he will do it or if anybody want to volunteer I can give them access to update the brackets.
