I saw Hendry-MJW from about 1-1, Hendry moved up to 3-1 lead with nice breaks. Then MJW painfully slowly pulled up to 3-3, loads of security shots putting reds & colors into not very playable positions, the color balls were out of the game mostly (black & pink, or black & blue on the cussions & such), and looooooads of missed long shots and some shorter-range shots from both... MJW collected points, but with rather smallish awkward breaks. So maybe it was MJW's strategy, seeing that the usual game just doesn't happen for him today, and Hendry is pretty 'serial'.
Then in the next 2 frames where Hendry got to 5-3, Hendry made a few ok breaks (got a chance to make, so at least in 1 occasion managed to get initial long shot in, before the color balls went strange), and maybe upped security/snooker placing game to counter what MJW did the the previous 2 frames...

Mostly all looked just super scrappy, apart of those frames when Hendry got to 3-1, from what I saw.

You should try browsing the site with IE, perhaps. Opera or Firefox may cause some video viewing problems.

Then again, I can't get to the site at all, site is blocked in our country.

It's continuously said that Ebdon's style in his early days was an all-attack strategy. Never saw of his pony-tail days, though
