Yes! Phew! But Allen really will have to improve against Higgins otherwise he'll be thrashed

Oh! And I can't wait until tomorrows matches, although I won't be able to watch so I best get my cheer in now:

                  Come On Mark J.!!!:snooker:

Congrats to Higgins and Allen! Good game from both of them!

I feel for Ballrun a little as he played well tonight and it was a close match after all...

Higgins and Allen have played each other a couple of times in recent years, I think in all three BBC tournaments other than the UK. It should be a good match.

But there is still the matter of Robertson-Murphy to come first, and I have very high hopes for that one. Williams against Joyce may not be all that routine either.

Right. If Mark Williams plays like he did last night, then he´ll be in danger.

Williams also lost to Lines last year at the UK, although that was in the 2nd round I believe.

In addition, Mark Williams or not, Joyce has been playing well.

John lost to Mark Allen last time they met at the Masters 2009. it was 6-1 for Allen if i remember well. But i can't see John play that bad this time, cause he is the best player so far in this tournament. It should be another close, high quality match.

I can't wait untill Murphy vs Robertson starts. Go Shaun!!!!!

I think Williams will play much better today (it can't get any worse). I don't know why but his two or three last matches against Hendry have been terrible... It's a different match now and MJW is a clear favorite and I hope he'll live up to that.

                                Looking forward to the game!

                                CMON MJW!
