it won't be hendry, although i do believe he'll lift another trophy sooner or later.
for these "best" players, it's not in there nature to play rubbish, then suddenly win tournaments. he'll have to practice hard, then get back to semis and finals before he'll win one. it's only for outsiders to be black horses, that's why they're called outsiders...
so final is the best hendry can get...

I wouldnt be surprised if Neil Robertson wins another one soon now he's got a taste for it. If not him, I think it will be someone like Ronnie or Doherty.

You play a long slow deadweight red to a corner pocket. As it approaches the pocket, a kamikaze woodlouse crawls out from under the cushion and makes its way across the table, conflicting with the path of the red precisely at the point the red gets there. The red, needless to say, veers off course, and the future of the woodlouse is uncertain. - The Statman

Hmmm, well hard to say really, I doubt Ding will be able to defend his title..he hasn't shown the brilliant form of last season, Hendry...alas, no...he seems to be on a irrevocable downward spiral at the moment! Get back to practising Stephen!...Maybe Mark Williams, if he has managed to cure his bad wrist, Robbo...no..it just TOO hard to win 2 tourneys back to back when you are not that experienced...Higgins, hm well I wish I could say he will win it for sure, but he hasn't shown a brilliant form yet, I think he needs some more time with his new cue. Hope I'm wrong! Ronnie..yeah he could win it if he wanted to...I'm not sure he does though...

I'd say, Ronnie, or Higgo, or Mark Williams.

Sadly after looking at the draw I think Murphy could win it.

I also think someone from the bottom half will win it.

Ding and Higgins will fancy their chances. they are in the easy part of the draw. Ronnie will meet Williams and Robertson in the other one. One of those to reach the final imo.
