Remember this would have been very early in Stephen Lee's career, when he was entered into the very earliest qualifying rounds.
This would have been in the early 1990s, when the game had just been opened up. There was a 'qualifying school' during the summer months that included the very early rounds for all (most of) that season's ranking tournaments.
It is therefore likely that he perhaps had a couple of 5-0s which were qulifying for one tournament, then a 5-0 or two for another tournament, then another couple for another event, maybe one for the first event again, etc.
So if you look at the full drawsheet for any single tournament, you will not trace it.
These are taken as chronological, rather than tournament-by-tournament.

Additionally, I have noticed they started to update the draw http://www.worldsnooker.com/tourname...awsheet-73.htm just after the matches are finished (I hope this will continue). What I am missing most from global are the frame scores (small points) and breaks. Does anyone know where else to look for this information?
Trump has been playing extremly well so far. But have a look at Liu Song - he has just recorded a 9-7 win over Jogia and is only one game away from his first TV stages (except for the China Open 2005 when he was given a wild card).

Janie Watkins (who runs GSC) is registered here but doesnt visit much. She's a regular over at our sister site snookertalk.com though, you might be able to find out what's up with GSC there. As Kruger says though, there are other means and worldsnooker's live scoring is getting better with each tournament in my opinion.
Don't know anywhere else with up to date frame (and break) scores though, WSA occasionally put them at the bottom of their match reports but you won't find every match that way.

Trumps looking goodYou play a long slow deadweight red to a corner pocket. As it approaches the pocket, a kamikaze woodlouse crawls out from under the cushion and makes its way across the table, conflicting with the path of the red precisely at the point the red gets there. The red, needless to say, veers off course, and the future of the woodlouse is uncertain. - The Statman
