  • I am really pleased Hendry managed to hold himself together.

Anyone else notice that he isn't wearing a wedding ring? Mind you, a lot of married people don't wear rings these days.

        • why would it show that

i think it is great we are seeing other players winning

what i find boring is one player dominating all the time

I haven't seen the match ,but sounds like Hendo played good. Way to go , after all i expected him to beat Harold . Hendry-Williams will be a great one to watch .

It is true about the rings, i wonder why ?! Is it a fashion , not to wear them once you get married. Err i know someone who took it off the next day after the wedding .

                      • Hendry of recent years has been able to focus in patches but he hasn't been good at pulling it all together at vital moments, he did that tonight. He also showed remarkable patience and calm despite missing some easy balls and the frames not going the way he likes them. The clenched fist said it all, even though he 'only' beat Dave Harold 9-7 he can take a lot away from that match.

Looking forward to Hendry-Williams on tuesday, I'll be there .
