Tough to call. I'd make Hendry favourite because of how he played in the first 4 frames against Ronnie, but prior to that, Dott had been the man in form and Hendry had only just scraped past Dave Harold and beat a badly out of form Mark Williams.

Shame I've got to work this afternoon, but looking forward to the evening session on TV!

Dott has never beaten hendry in 9 attempts and i cant see him getting the better today either..

At the mid session interval the match is all square at 2-2.. the highlight of the 4 frames was a 133 break from the world number one, stephen hendry.

Have you not seen how well Dott's playing? I wouldn't doubt him if I was you.

I have been there this week and ive seen both playing well, i watched hendry against williams and osullivan and after osullivan walked i switched tables to watch dott, and he wasnt anywhere near the same class to what hendry was. I would doubt dott very much on getting to the final for sure!

Great to see Hendry playing well again at last. Apparently he has ditched Terry Griffiths and upped his practice from a half hour a day to 3 or 4 hours solo practice.

Well having seen the huge transformation in his form as a result of this, and also how miserable Hendry has been in recent times at loosing so early so often, I am absoultely amazed that he has only just recently started putting in a half decent amount of effort.

I know he is only human, but I dont get why he has been so lazy. It obviously made him unhappy to be so poor recently, and if all it needed was more time at the practice table, why on earth didnt he do it sooner. Anyway its great to see his form returning at last. Definately hopes he makes the final.

If Ebdon and Hendry maintain their form in the final it could be a classic.

Jumping the gun a bit...but I agree, if Hendry gets through it could be a classic!
