Yeah, it's fine, so long as you only take photos after they've hit the white, and not while they're queueing up, it's all ok!

Excellent photos, thanks for sharing them! What sort of equipment do you use?

As for flash, it shouldn't really be neccessary to use it at all with all the camera lights, and pictures with flash tend to get very flat. Well, I only ever take pics of concerts, which is quite something else, but I suppose the basics are the same.

Very good pics !! Were they taken from one of the front rows or do you have a huge zoom lens ?

I mean isnt there a rule that you cant take photos (even non flash) incase it distracts the players ?

Hope you dont mind, but i also took the liberty of browsing through some of your other albums. Particularly liked the Peak district pics. Wherabouts in the Peak district were those hill view shots taken ?
