    Did anyone see the close ups of the trophy?

    1992 Jimmy "Whirlwind" White
    1993 Stephen Hendry
    1994 Stephen Hendry MBE
    etc.

    Only Jimmy has his nickname engraved along with his name. I find that interesting.

    Yeh I did notice, thought it was a bit odd, possibly because he is so well known from his nickname, where some of the other aren't so...
    You play a long slow deadweight red to a corner pocket. As it approaches the pocket, a kamikaze woodlouse crawls out from under the cushion and makes its way across the table, conflicting with the path of the red precisely at the point the red gets there.       Yeah I think its simply because back then Jimmy was usually referred to as "The Whirlwind"............not many people called him Jimmy White.

      Can't see him winning it again, but if he did, wonder if it would be "Jimmy 'Slow Breeze' White

              I kind of had an opportunity to grab the Grand Prix trophy when I was in Aberdeen for the Grand Prix final, but I thought security staff there wouldn't like it if I did
