Yes, that is likeable. I think in Belfast, only Mark Allen and Fergal stayed to write more than one or two autographs. (Fergal even for a good 10-15 mins, even though the clock was nearing midnight and he had a match the next day!)

Mark seems to be particularly in demand for autographs and generous at giving them. In June in Warshaw, not only did he need some 20 minutes to walk the 20 meters from the minibus to the venue doors ... signing all the way long, but he also scribbled ceaselessly during his matches. Every moment he was seated, people from the security were bringing him things to sign from the audience! and he obligedProud winner of the 2008 Bahrain Championship Lucky Dip

Selby is the new Ebdon, only worse.
For some reason, he gets away with the same tactics many of us dislike Ebdon for. We all remember how Mark tried to slowplay Higgins out of the worldfinal...
At least Ebdon has paid his dues, he has won the big titles and earned the right to play any way he wants to.
Selby is a rookie who should show the veterans some respects until he has something to back up his antics with. (read a couple of titles)

Murphy missing just a bit too much... Strangely to see from a player who played very well just a day ago.Last edited by April madness; 14 December 2007, 04:41 PM.ZIPPIE FOR CHAIRMAN

Pity, this looked like such a promising match. Maguire's hit the zone and Murphy looks shaken. Had this session been 6 frames instead of 8 I think Murphy could have had a chance, because I think he is able to recover, but now the lead is just too big. I can't see Maguire lose from here, whatever happens in the evening session.
