You probably need to find a working european proxy and put it in your IE connection settings...

http://www.samair.ru/proxy/type-01.htm proxy lists

open your Internet Options, see Connections tab - Lan settings. Check use proxy, then write in proxy address and port. if it doesn't work, check another proxy. hope it will work

Right now http://de.eurosport.yahoo.com/ is streaming the match without the annoying local commentary. Hope they keep this up tonight as well.
