  • O'sullivan controversy once again

Well, he walked off again, conceding a frame with enough points on the table, its getting a bit an old and tired story now. Wonder whether Alain gives him a warning.

Enough points to make a century and it wasn't going to be a gimme for Joe. Ronnie may provide great stuff to many at times, me included, but no excuses for that.

That is a very poor show and before anyone starts defending him and saying about his mental state, to be honest he looked in the mood for it earlier in the match, but Perry has played well and ronnie has just thrown his toys out. Of course, the WSA won't do a thing - and perhaps they shouldn't but lets not forget that people have had bans for not trying their best!!

Tireful indeed. No need for this after his awesome performance yesterday.

I thought he warned him already at the walk-out. Anyway, another blunder by ROS

Absolutely spot on but I'm sure certain fans will be quick to blame his mental illness but I think that excuse is wearing very thin now. Its obvious to anyone that he's a spoilt brat who is only ever happy when things are going his way. Whenever anyone starts playing well against him he just can't take it but when the shoe is on the other foot he's happy to dish it out.

He needs to seriously grow up or get out of the game because he is taking the game down by showing continual disrespect to his opponent, the referee, the organisers and most importantly the paying fans

Oh boy here we go again. This will be forgotten about in a year's time.

What made me laugh the most was "come on Ronnie" as they were leaving

I am enlightened with his play and enjoyed quite some matches, but its becoming a nuisance now. On Eurosport they kept quite calm as they have no idea about conceding frames. Wonder what the beeb commentary will be, it just started

I was under the impression that it's allowable to concede one frame..?

Let's not all get too excited just yet!!!

Let's see what happens after the interval.....

When Selby lost to Williams he just fired the pink up the table to concede. fine he needed snookers and wasn't gonna win but williams was still at the table and about to play a shot..... No-one commented on this!! I wasn't impressed!!!

Everyone's going to jump on Ronnie (...did that sound wrong?) for doing something out of the blue or 'not acceptable'. If it was, say, Selby that conceeded a frame in that matter, it would be 'Oh, I wonder what's up with Selby. End of.' Because Ronnie has a history of causing a bit of a stir, everyone likes to critisise more.

Although I can understand him at a personal level (Perry got away with a few misses before Ronnie cracked), this behavior is just not acceptable for a snooker pro I'm afraid. Never nice to see this happening, but he only conceded the frame, so lets hope he will get himself together and finishes the match the way it should be done.

I don't like O'Sulivan, but i quite understand his frustritaion. I did the same thing last friday in my league, but the diference was that in my case the cue ball flew off the table into the wall
