Shaun Murphy v Marco Fu

I think it'll be a close one. Both players are obviously in great form, but sometimes the final tends to get a little scrappy because of the tension etc. Let's hope not!

No clear favourite for this one. Remember last year though, O'Sullivan and Maguire were tightly competing up to the final, though the final was an incredibly one-sided affair.

I think only Murphy has the ability to run away, he'll make less errors.

The more I think about it, the easier I see it for Murphy.

Although Murphy's long potting is much stronger, in terms of making less errors, I'd say Fu is much more solid. One of Marco's strengths is his consistency. It'll be close - I'll go for Fu to edge it.

Given Fu's scoring this week I think Murphy will try and grind out the opening few frames like yesterday but the difference is Fu's temperment is a lot stronger than Maguire's. If both play to their best it is really a toss of a coin. The frames after the mid session will be key especially if they are called off early given the stupid starting times.

This has all the makings of a great final with both players showing good form throughout! Marco has great composure, consistency and temperament to edge past Shaun Murphy. Will be a close final and lets Hopefully it will be a classic too!

Should be a great match, would be nice to see Murphy win it though I think. Then he will have World and UK titles to his name which is great.

My money wll be on Murphy. Both on form but just think Murphy is a lot more relaxed and confident with his game at the moment.
