That's another good win for Tony, would have liked to actually see it, 14 frames in 2 and a half hours (the match lasted 2:31 minutes according to WSA) is not something you see very often. I don't think any of the other matches finished in less than 4 and a half hours.. Well done for Gilbert as well, didn't try and slow the match down as some other players might have done.
Tony's next match will be very tough, Mark Davis is 20th in the one year rankings and Tony has never beaten him, so clearly Davis is the favourite, but we'll see.
