So Hendry wins the match 9-6 but Davis had his chances today of putting Hendry out of the tournament but failed to capitalize on them.

Hendry will certainly need to raise his game somewhat against Selby if he wants to have any chance of progressing to the quarters..

That bad safety shot from Walden could well be costly in the end. Instead of 6-6 he´s now two frames down.
