I would take him above any of these players as top 16 player. Ok, maybe Carter should not be on this list, as he's better than his form suggests. Maybe Fu also..

To be honest, I don't think Stevens would have beaten many seeds by playing like this.

I thought O'Sullivan played pretty well, but the real test for him is going to be Ebdon. He should be prepared for a real battle, the kind he doesn't like at all. And that could be followed by Selby. So we'll soon know if O'Sullivan is up for it.

Could be a long night in the Carter-McLeod match.

I suppose the snooker gods didn't want Ronnie to finish the match with a maxi, after that merciless thumping he generously provided.

Lovely, interesting match, fascinating 11th frame and that safety battle, Matthew missed a lot when in, Ronnie reacted accordingly and the attempted maxi was great to watch.

Peter Ebdon will be a different match altogether.

Yes, well I try not to be negative, but McLeod is borderline unwatchable for me.

fair play to him he frustrates his oppoents thats why he ends up winning lots of matches forcing errors im not surprised he beat selty after watching this
