It was quite amazing that there was only 1 century during the final - a break of 115 by Higgins..

It was a good performance from Ding & probably deserved
it in the end.

I think John felt the effects of the O'Sullivan comeback the
previous night, which I had the great pleasure of being at &
looked emotionally drained at the end & would never have
missed a brown like that.

Ding safety play was impressive & must be a serious contender
for the world championships in april.

This match was a bit like the Ebdon-Higgins final no too long ago, John never really got going and Ding was very solid. Well done for Ding!
