even though i knew it long ago that the one who can beat holt hendry ronnie one after another will have the major chance to win it...but i was wishing Steve can do it..however the tournament was over for me when the ROCKET gone...

It must be said Robertson was worldclass today. Steve had some chances in the first frames anyway; the 3 - 1 behind could have been avoided as Neil didn't play that solid then. Is there a rumour davis would stop playing after the WC this year??

I don't know about a rumour, but according to www.worldsnooker.com, Davis said this after his match with Robertson: "It has helped my chances of staying in the top 16 when I turn 50. It would be a little milestone and something that I could be proud of. But if I did drop out and had to play in the qualifiers I would do so because I still enjoy it."
