No 'F's

    It came to my attention, while I was fiddling with the second-round prediction spreadsheet, removing the undesired characters, that there is no player whose name contains the letter F in the second round of the tournament!

    Quite to be expected that there would be no Xs, Qs and Zs (although Scott MacKenzie occasionally features), but I thought an F absence was quite surprising!

              You are actually right. the first name that comes up in the toppish of snooker is Marco Fu. This thread is rather Fullocks! I bet hes winding us up.

                          Well maybe, but that doesn't quite work, because the A and E in Graeme are two separate syllables. Thus, you could have Graëme, the French notation that the two vowels are pronounced separately (like naïve or Noël), but that is a diaeresis (or diæresis if you're being clever), not an umlaut.
