This a thread for anybody to post anything that they want about the Welsh Open 2008, I can't wait till its on TV

I don't see why they didn't start TV coverage today, it would be a good opportunity for us to see some of the qualifiers in action, instead of which all we will see are the same faces in the top 16.

I'll be watching on BBC wales when its on, I can't stand Eurosport's coverage.
I think Murphy is the man to beat but it all depends on if O'Sullivan decides to turn up. I'd love Matthew Stevens to get some form though and do well.

Yes, good luck to andrew higginson too. He's had a relatively favourable draw with Hamilton in round 1 and then Lee in round 2 if he makes it that far. No disresepect to AH or SL but neither of them seem to be exactly on a winning streak at the moment...

Do Eurosport always show the same match as BBC Wales? Will it be on BBC Interactive with a choice of 2 tables, or will the camera's only be on 1 table with no interactive?

Mark Selby still hasn't won a ranking event, but he has shown some class and grit in the last year. He's my tip.
In terms of outsiders, I'd like to see Stephen Hendry show his class again.
I'm a fan of Mark Allen as well and he's done well in deciders this season, but he's still got areas of his game to sharpen up.
