OMG! You are quick Kathrin.
What can I say? Great avatar.
Robbo's potting is so good he doesn't need to bother with positional play like the rest of the players. He laughs in the face of those who spend hours on the practice table perfecting their cue ball control! ~ Forman 2009 Grand Prix Fantasy Game winner
I have a vaque recollection of the old boy conducting an even worse interview with either Ronnie or Selby after last years final - it was truely cringeworthy
Not a classic final, but Carter did what he had to do. Tonight he played the way he usually plays in the earlier rounds, great scoring, and some good long pots. This takes him off the "loser list" and I will have a re-think about wanting him out of tournaments in the first round. Swail had chances to put Carter under pressure but was lacking some inspiration tonight. Must have been a long week for him. Still, well done to him for the highlight of his career.
Time for the post tournament depression to kick in, five weeks until the China Open.
Question: If Robertson got to the final, would he have taken the title? Understandably, his opponent was fresh off the blocks as well having never won a ranking tournament either.

There's no way of telling how Robertson would have played. If he got through, and played the way he played against Higgins and Fu, he might have won.
there´s a phrase we like to use here when it comes to "what if" questions : Wenn der Hund nicht geschissen hätte, hätte er den Hasen erwischt. Feel free to translate
