    Jimmy White has just had a good win too. Jimmy and Tony are both in the same boat IMO. They both seem to be solid and doing well enough to stay on the main tour, which is great. Hopefully they will continue to win many of their matches in the initial rounds but those players ranked 17-32 are so good, that they will be very lucky to get past that round to make the TV stages. They will either need to be playing extremely well or catch one of them on an off day to make have any hope of actually qualifying. Even those players ranked 33-48 are big names and very tough opposition - Higginson, Hamilton, McManus, Mcloud, Dale, Doherty etc !

    So they will likely beat many of the players ranked below 48, but may well struggle to beat those ranked above that.
