Mark Allen and Tom Ford has played each other at the 2006 Grand Prix qualifiers. It was a round robin qualifier. Mark prevailed 3-2.

No doubt about that but I'd prefer this kind of stat to be precise. What's the point otherwise?

Just to let you all know ferret is planning a few improvements to the stats section. It will hopefully include head to head results and querries that can be run.. in the same manner as cricinfo and other sports sites. As Mr P has found out the first major hurdle is getting a comprehensive list of results. I'm also doing some work to look at the livescoring data, will keep you all posted if I get anything working properly.

Thanks for this Mr.Snooker. I will also be looking in to possibly making a little site of my own for Snooker results, live updation etc, etc. I will be getting some help from others and I will let you know if anything comes from it.

Don't think this is going to be done in a few weeks, this is a hell of alot of work in just the data entry let alone the database design, php files etc but I would expect it to be in a working order for the start of next season.

All of the results in this new planned section of the site can be trusted 100% as the database of results has been given to me by World Snooker themselves and it also includes qualifying results going back a number of years, the exact number of years is still not known but I will keep everybody informed as things come my was and I also hope to have a demo up soon for people to make comment on for additional features and big testing etc.
