    OK.

    The second one then.

Although provisionally Walden is already 8 places ahead of Hamilton on next years rankings, before this years w/c results are even added.

    • Looking at tomorrows matches i'm most looking forward to the Ken Doherty v Gerrad Greene match. Will probably turn out to be a tough match for Ken but would very much like to see him make it to the crucible!

      • “There’s a bit of local rivalry there and he fluked a few balls and didn’t put his hand up," Lee said.

“The boy’s good, there’s no doubt about it, but I’m glad I beat him.

“All I’ve heard about for the last five years in my area is how good he is, and he is good, you can’t take that away from the lad.

“But he’s blown a 6-3 lead today and I hope that will stick with him for a while yet. We’ve all had these war wounds to deal with."
Another grudge match could be emerging by the sounds of this.

        • Just sounds like Lee is totally relieved to get past some tough opposition like Trump.

              • Joe Swail called me straight afterwards and said it was the best dish he'd seen in years.

                Great win Mr Lee...

Yeah, I'm sure it will boost his confidence because I believe that's what he's been lacking recently! :snooker:

                  • My report as promised.

Apologies for any silly typos but I'd better get to bed so I can get up in...six hours time to drive over again...maybe I'll have a lie in and miss a frame or two, sorry Ken

                    • Great report Matt, I have put the link on ROS forum if you don't mind, and great win from Stephen Lee.
As usual I have read disgusting comments on some forums attacking him about his weight and branding the result "unfair" or "so sad for the game" ...

                      • What time does the matches kick off today?

Good of world snooker to put the times up for their own events, may as well get rid of TV broadcasting and put the snooker on the radio while they are at it.

EDIT: Ha ha scrap that I just found the times and yeah they were on the world snooker website just me being silly again ................ but I have only just woke up 30 minutes ago so I can be excused

It truly amazes me the depths that some will plummet to in abusing Players. Yes, Stephen is overweight, but so what ? He's not overweight by pure choice, that's for sure. They only serve in showing their miniscule brain power by resorting to such comments.

And as for the result being "unfair" ? I would love someone to explain *that* one to me ! Over 18 frames I think we can safely say the better man has won on the day.

Judd will have many, many matches to play in the Crucible....Stephen not so many more. Why begrudge someone another, well-deserved, visit ? ...
