lol. Maybe I should have rephrased it . These three are my favourites but I meant that if Ronnie gets to the Semi-Finals, it wouldn't necessarily mean that he would win the final. For example, he may be beaten by Higgins, and even if he does win it - he may end up being beaten by Murphy in the final.

I voted for John Higgins, he has been playing quite well this year and is always a solid player

It was not exactly reasoning ... it's the phrasing ... "don't expect ...". Actually Ronnie has lost a few times in the semis in the past.

I have thought about that too, but his last couple of tournaments were disastrous and kinda stopped that idea that his old form is coming back.

It would be great to see someone win like Robetson, Perry or Williams again, but this year i think it will go to Ebdon.

Ill go for Maguire....he did well in the last 2 worlds and hes much experienced this year after what happened last year.
Burnett, King, Robertson/Carter and Williams/Murphy/Ding as opponents should be a good draw for him until the final.
