Although it has been mentioned that thebox.bz carries the matches, there are alternatives. If you have other links or places to download, please post. In any case, a well-known snooker buff at YouTube (in my subscriptions), SnookerFan92, also has a MySpace account where he has uploaded much longer (one was almost an hour), higher quality videos of the WC2009 matches. I had the pleasure of seeing the full O'Sullivan-Bingham in high quality. As a big snooker fan in Brazil, these options are all that I have to be able to see the matches, so a huge thanks to all those making this possible.
