So the top 16 is set. Neil Robertson can displace Fu in the top 8 if he wins the tournament.
Quick run down of how high the last four can get.
Murphy - Will be world number two if he wins the title,
Will be world number three if he beats Robertson or Higgins doesn't win title.
Will be world number four if he loses to Robertson and Higgins wins title.
Higgins - Will be world number three if he wins title and Murphy loses his semi.
Will be world number four if he beats Allen.
Will be world number five if he loses to Allen.
Robertson - Will be number seven if he wins the event.
Will be number nine if neither he nor Allen wins the event.
Will be number ten if Allen wins event and he loses to Murphy.
Allen - Will be number nine if he becomes world champion and Roberston loses to Murphy.
Will be number ten if he beats Higgins.
Will be number eleven if he loses to Higgins.
N/B I believe that Allen is above Perry in the rankings as things stand due to the one year list but am not 100% sure.
