I am so glad to see Cope performing well. A lot of people predicted that he would have no chance because he did not have a safety game or whatever but it is simply not true. Great session of snooker from both matches. Cope and higgins producing high quality breaks. Carter probably should have won all 7 frames, but robertson won 3 with a combination of bad play from ali when on frame balls, great clearances, great pots, bit of luck-blue dropping in middle and snookering carter on the brown when he missed and careless play from ali when snookered. Carter could do with winning this one. Big frame.
