  • Carter could easily have won this session 8-0. 4-4 will really hurt.

    • Higgins-Cope is the best quality match of the championship so far, Carter-Robertson is the most exciting. It's a shame these two are in the same timeslot.

        • Yes, I guess this session will really hurt Carter, this is a real test of his mental strength. Being 9-7 down is not too bad, but I doubt Carter can forget how he should easily have won this session.

                  • I still think Carter will prevail, even though I'd prefer Neil to win.

Don't know... he was praised and thanked for all the stats.

                      • Well that session was full of drama between Carter - Robertson. When you think how poorly Neil played at the begining of the evening he's done well to be still 2 in front.
I think this match is very likely to go the distance, with Neil just getting over the line in a final frame decider.

Yeah, and as a result two close mates suggested that I should apply for a position within the WSA. Serves me right to open my mouth, so to speak!
But if I were, I'd forbid press conferences for certain players. *ahem* And set some compulsory grammar crash courses, if more than two double negatives and mutilated adverbs are to be found in any statement.
And that goes for commentators, as well. (Since Clive Everton isn't one of them anymore.)

                              Thanks, Maija, Cue1, Noel.

                              • These guys were really good yesterday !! I m not a Higgins fan but the clearances he did were so difficult to do.
Robbo was good as well but a liltle more like stealing frames...
Anyway one of the best days ever at The Crucible I guess.
I saw that going differently in my mind
