I didnt see the morning sessions but things are starting to settle. Both Selby and Maguire hold a 10-6 lead going into the final session. In Selby case i was expecting that considering the 6-2 lead he had, but i am pleased Maguire managed to escape from King and he is now with a big chance to reach to quarters.

We are in for a treat in a few minutes....

I didnt see the incident but it sounds mental to foul Selby for thinking he hadnt ball in hand. Alan Chamberlain should have informed the incoming striker that ball wasnt in hand. Im sure most players would have done the same.

One of the commentators yesterday said, after Selby had a joke with Dott, that ''some players would completely blank him.'' I don't get chance to view this forum that often, so has Selby ****ed off some of the players? I've heard that he can try and slow you down etc but a lot of players have treid that trick.

Hey I think he meant most players would avoid getting into a discussion with their opponent for concentration reasons not Selby himself.

Selby can be very intimidating. When he lost the second frame this afternoon after going for a snooker but fluking the red he looked like he wants to kill someone and hit the green quite hard with his hand. Than, after fluking the first red in the very next frame he started laughing and joking again. So, when things are going for him he's the jester, but when things are going against him, he's a bit like Maguire (looking like he wanted to punch somone).
