I hope these last 2 matches won't take out too much from him and he will be able to play like this for a few more days.

My fear too... I'd really like him to win, or if not him, Robertson (just please not Murphy ). But winning 2 matches in such a fashion must take a lot of energy and he is one of the older players out there. I just hope missing easy pots doesn't creep into his game too much...

John Higgins proved again that he is an incredible allround player, capable of great break-building and incredible safety play, and he can handle pressure when it matters.
Last night was the match of the tournament and it was anybodys game but John composure and concentration won it in the end.
Well done John Higgins and well done Mark Selby.
I hope he can go all the way. But beware of Murphy.

Indeed John controlled the last frame and that was due to the great break-off shot he had. But to be fair all the re-racks helped him control the intensity of the break shot and at the third attempt he snookered Selby behind the yellow.
