John Higgins has recovered brilliantly on two occasions now, but he's going to get caught out if keeps giving easy chances away. He's in a different class to Selby and Cope and should never have been taken to a decider by them. I supect he will take advantage of Allen's inexperience in a similar manner if their match goes the same way, but he's going to have to up a gear if he's to beat Murphy in the final.

How do the audience clapping or cheering know that a player on the next table wasn't pausing before delivering his cue?

Exactly, and the Crucible is pretty noisy overall. Robbo didn't mean to offend or make problems to anyone, as he said "You don't plan it" !!!
It was pretty tense, I was close to shouting!!!

Its not about character. Firstly the idea that there are NO characters in the game is a view shared by non-snooker fans. We know there are plenty. When Robbo decided to shout how did he know that a player on the next table wasnt pausing before delivering his cue? Thats my point.

2 separate matches Roy. What, he had to peek on the other match, see if it's OK, and then shout? LoL!

watch any interview with Robertson and its obvious he isnt at all arrogant.

I think against carter he was under alot of pressure and it just shows how much this years world champs mean to him, but then again i dont have a problem with any player showing emotion and think it makes the matches more exciting to watch.

But robbo is the exception to the rule as most other australians are all extremely arrogant (joking)

He ain't arrogant, I think he was overwhelmed and just said everything he could lol

And, my favorite or course is my dear, dear Robbo. My general thoughts on this WC is that he deserves it.. And you could see how happy he was when he beat Maguire... You could see the sparkle in his eyes..
