my prediction:john will build a big lead today like he did with selby in 2007, then tomorrow will not be able to keep the lead but again i think he will just about manage to get over the line.

I think Murphy is a good ambassador. He always conducts himself well in interviews.

Not really? Everyone has favourite players and they don't have to include these two. It'll be a good final I'm sure but there are a fair few players I'd rather see up there.

To be fair to John of the players in the top half he is one of my favourites there. From the bottom though I can see at least 9/10 players I'd rather see there and that's nothing to do with anything in the press.

Also, people don't have favourites based solely on performance. Man Utd are top of the league, does that mean everyone has to enjoy watching them the most? We all have our favourites for different reasons, and unfortunately they don't always reach the final! Still, this is shaping up to be an enjoyable match as the quality is there.
