There is no full draw, because there is a random draw after every round. The Last 32 will be done after all L64 have finished (or likely Sunday evening).

"The Last 32 random draw will take place on Sunday 19 September, Last 16 will be live at 7pm on Wednesday 22 September, quarter finals live at 7pm on Friday 24 September, and semi finals live at 7pm on Saturday 25 September.
The draw for the 12BET.com World Open will appear here once the Last 32 random draw has been performed.
Please refer to the format for details of the 11 matches held over from the Last 64 round, together will all tournament match timings."

Actually if you look closer on global snooker, you'll see that round 3 has the last 64 players. Add 32 players for round 2 and 32 players for round 1, you get 128 players (including a few of the ladies players) that took part in the world open (including the qualifying stages).
