  • Are Crucible tickets still available for 2011?

    Hi,

I've attended the Crucible for the last few years but didn't realise that tickets were made available in Oct 2010 for 2011. I have also found that the online and phone routes are 'offline' at the moment.

    My question is simply:
    - Apart from arriving in person at the Crucible, what methods are available to me to buy Crucible tickets for 2011?

I'd rather buy at face value via an approved reseller and am aware that websites offer the ability to buy tickets which are no longer required [e.g. viagogo].

I realise I may have missed out this year - any suggestions?

    many thanks in advance,
    neil

The only other option is to use the Sheffield Theatres online box office. I haven't used it myself but have heard good feedback about it.

Note that the online box office is closed this week for maintenance and upgrade, and will reopen on Saturday 15 January.

As above and it's now a rip-off 0844 number so will cost you even more than the ticket prices themselves just to call up. If you ring the original number, that's been the same for years, you just get a recorded message telling you the pay number and NOT to ring The Crucible box office as they wont sell you the tickets....And that's progress!!!
