Its supposed be attracting new fans to the sport and wearing black like its a funeral is NOT the way to go about it. I despear for this great sport.

This great sport also has a great tradition. The snooker attire is what keeps this sport a few levels of dignity and class above most other vulgar sports.

"Fans" that would be attracted to snooker with colourful clothing are not the kind of fans snooker requires.

In a world where most great traditions are being flushed down the toilet, thank god snooker isn't following 'suit'.
