meanwhile, really good standart from Allen and Stevens and very poor standart from Ebdon and Bingham
There are some matches I half expect to be low standard sometimes, this is one of them!! I want Ebdon to do well though!! Go allen with his 99 break, got him for the high break in his match!!!!
Well played Mathew, close session that in the end, anyone's game tomoro nite, wouldnt mind either winning though I do like Allen, plays the game the way it should be played, as does Stevens, should be a great watch tomoro nite!!
Everyone seems to be getting excited about the Top 16 and Top 32 and all this. It only applies to the next few tournaments, during which things will move around again before the rankings are re-listed. It isn't as big a deal as it used to be so I don't see why there is still all the fuss to be honest.

Still interesting to see where players finish at end of season, though with the season now extended and tournaments starting sooner, it means that it will be more fluid. If you finish in top 16, then you qualify for the venue and should have a theoretically easier first round at the venue, so if on form, can be easier to stay in top 16 than get there.
With regards to this cut off though, it is not the seeding for any of the 'big tournaments' More important cut offs would be the seeding for the masters and the worlds itself.
Meanwhile, Gould has taken the first three this morning against Fu who has been poor. Walden - McLeod trudging along - not impressive at all. I think McLeod's style takes players out of a flow a little.
