    • Who is playing on Wednesday morning?

I checked the BBC website and they said both the Williams/Allen and Trump/Dott games will be played to a finish from 10am. Usually they mix the matches on the last day though otherwise it could be a very short session for everybody in the arena.

      Thanks...

          • I've never seen Dott break down like that before. That was really surprising, and awkward to see. It'll be interesting to see if Judd can be contained, and who can do it. As has been said, his tactical game might not be up to par, but so far his attacking game has served him well.

As for Williams - Allen match, it seems to be going smoothly for MJW. Personally, I would've liked to see Allen push Mark a bit more. Allen did produce some good breaks, but fell a bit short too many times. Williams, on the other hand, played great to clear from the chances he had. Great match all in all.

Selby - Ding and O'Sullivan - Higgins both can go either way. Great tournament so far, in my opinion the best WC there has been in years.

            • Williams is the only player i can think of who can win Tournaments when playing well below par . Whilst others drop their head he keeps his up and battles on regardless .

Well according to the BBC he's the floating master of winning the scrapy frames, Mark has never got the plaudits his game has desereved because he's never gone out and looked for it, unlike a few others shall we say!

Some of his potting in the tournament so ar has been out of this world and these off the cushion pots and particually the one today swerving between two reds to get to the exact point on the cushion needed to knock another red in was probably the best shot I've ever seen played I recon, simply astounding judgement and skill.
                One day I'll make a century, I've knocked in a 51!

                • O.o

Why is Allen v Williams on now instead of Higgins v O'Sullivan?

I guess it was true what someone was saying about moving matches around to fit peak watching hours..

                  • It's definitely unfair to Williams and Allen that they have to play evening and morning session. If you're a troubled sleeper that could ruin an entire session.

                    • Williams plays two 10 am sessions, Ronnie is yet to play one because everyone knows he hates to play in the morning. If this is not carrying a player I don't know what it is.

Who is that red head sweetie sitting in the front row every match!

Dunno but she doesn't seem to clap or smile or enjoy snooker. Not sure why she even goes.

You could say the same with Higgins and O'Sullivan for example...having to play an afternoon and evening session..

This schedule was actually done because Dominic Dale hates mornings, and everyone thought that he would beat Ronnie in the first round
