Yes I find that two sessions in a row isn´t fair to any player. Williams (if he wins) will have much more time to rest than the winner of the O´Sullivan - Higgins match.

      • Very good mark Williams, great bet for the tourney, had a bet on O'sullivan Higgins to go 13-10 or closer either way, when I went to see Selby and Higgins a couple of years ago, that was QF4, they had an afternoon and evening session to finish, guess it's just how the schedule breaks down! It's harder of Williams and Allen then it is for Higgins and O'sullivan, at least they play first session of the day in the afternoon!

            • Maybe the pressure of maintaining the standard of his 2nd round match is too much for Selby. He's been quite poor in this match, to be honest. Not totally unexpected, though, IMO.

              • Yes, but as long as Selby is just hanging in there two frames behind, it only takes a couple of good frames to catch up.

But at the moment it doesn't look like Selby will get any fluency going, so perhaps he will be forced to try and scrap it out again.

Well, he had to swerve to hit the right spot of the cushion and pot the ball. Considering the red was near the pocket and he was behind in the frame that was very good under pressure.

                        • World snooker currently has correct scoreline but not enough frame scores !!! assuming they don't notice it where else do you get them from ??

                          • Selbys opponent might as well concede the frame if they leave him needing one snooker. He's gonna get it.
