Judd is struggling a bit with his positional play today, kind of reminds off a pre-prime Neil Robertson, great potting but not always full control of the white ball.

Wow Trump has got SO lucky this session, his safety has been worryingly poor for me, scrappy stuff, importantly for Ding he's shared the frames, but Judd doesn't look impressive scoring wise to me, I hope it goes 8 all!! My brother said earlier "he's having a bad morning" lol

That's a new one, telling everyone about you insecurity in the middle of the biggest match of your career. I hope someone told Ding.

What a stupid tweet!! Why not post at the end of the session, and say I'll play better next session even though I struggled, not smart to tweet that I think! Glad it went 7 all, Trump's had too much luck this session, Ding's been much better!!

Interesting to see how Trump handles this situation.

Pressure is getting the best of Trump at the moment. Ding hasn't been that good either but Trump has been feeding him. Nice to see how they cope with it in the evening session.

Don't think its pressure yet, I just think that tiredness starts to come into the event more and more at this stage. If it was pressure I think he'd be missing more balls, for me its concentration as the shot selection seems poor which to me shows he's mentally fatigued.

Needs to get himself rested up for the evening session now. Put this session to bed, forget about it and start again.

Of course it's possible that he's tired but he's got two comfortable victories before this match, winning them 13-6 and 13-5, so it seems a bit odd that he'd be fatigued. It's not like he's been working his ass off.

I would expect that it was Ding showing mental tiredness, if any of the two players, as Trumps road to the semifinals has been relatively easy compared to Dings.

All the pressure of the tournament itself is very tiring though, doesn't matter whether you've had easy matches or not, at this stage a lot of players are feeling it now. Higgins looked very tired during the Mcleod match despite having a comfortable first round win, Selby looked shattered after two easy matches when he played Ding. It was gonna happen sooner or later to Trump, just hope it doesn't damage his confidence because he's had a great run after China and a few weeks here, he's bound to be running on empty by now.

It's not just fatigue due to the matches, but how he might be struggling to sleep knowing that he has a chance to be world champion,

6-2 correct result this session for me, Trump was terrible, surely the worst he can play, Ding was quite a bit better, played a great tactical frame there at the end, kept Judd on the rack, looked much more comfortable. His big match experience and better shot selection will come into play and I think he'll win 17-14 or 15! Should still be close though!
